The grapes were picked at perfect ripeness and full of flavor then sorted and crushed / de-stemmed. Fermentation took place in small 1 ton bins and the wines were fermented to dryness. The wine was aged in small French Oak Barrels. Blend Composition: 91% Syrah, 3% Grenache, 6% Mourvedre Alcohol by Volume: 14.3%
